Oh you guys, where do I even start with this wedding?! I have so many words and felt so many emotions throughout the day! Haley & Brett are another one of my sweet couples that unfortunately had to change their wedding plans due to COVID-19. Instead of their 100+ celebration, they opted for a quant and intimate ceremony on the shores of Lake Clear. Of course everyone has been bummed about having to change their wedding plans, but some are just a little bit more laid back than others and Haley and Brett are that couple. Honestly, from an outsiders perspective, I don’t think they could have had a more perfect day and celebration that fit who they are as a couple. Just to give you an example, we were able to get some pretty awesome shots of them riding their bikes in their wedding attire and if a bride getting on her bike in her wedding dress doesn’t tell you the kind of person Haley is, I don’t know what will!
I felt so incredibly honored that they allowed me to celebrate their special day with them alongside their families. I don’t know if it’s because there is a limit on how many people can gather right now, but being able to be a part of a micro wedding feels so incredibly special to me. Obviously all weddings are special, but they could have had anyone or no one at all! But they wanted me there and that means so much. Congratulations again, Haley & Brett!
