A Wildflower Wedding in the Green Mountains of Vermont
I knew when I first stepped onto the venue property for the welcome party the night before, that this wedding day was going to be beautiful. The Barn at Smuggler’s Notch sits on an open field surrounded by wildflowers, with the most spectacular mountain views. It was truly jaw dropping.
Hannah’s style is so classy and elegant, and she knows how to throw a party. Every single detail was thought out and nothing went untouched. This was my first time at this venue and she set the bar HIGH. To top the whole thing off, the people that surround Hannah and Bryce have nothing but love and admiration for them, which was so evident within the first 15 minutes of being amongst them.
I would be lying if I said I kept my composure throughout the day. Not in the slightest. I cried during the first look. I cried during the vow readings. I cried during their toasts. I cried during their first dance. And I cried when I was hugging them goodbye…and I’m crying again writing this blog post…It was an incredibly emotional day for so many reasons, and it was such an incredible honor to have been invited to be a part of the day to capture it all unfold.
Hannah and Bryce, I don’t have the words to express how much it meant to me to be your professional third wheel. I can’t wait to see you two start this new journey together. I know it will be filled with so much love and you both deserve every ounce of it.
A very special thank you to the vendors who made this magical day possible:
