Happy Thursday friends!
A couple weeks ago, I got to photograph the most adorable little boy in honor of his upcoming 2nd birthday! His actual birthday isn’t until April but I couldn’t wait that long to share this sweet session! Honestly, I can’t believe how quickly this little guy is growing up! It seems like it wasn’t that long ago, his mom was telling me she was pregnant and I immediately starting crying because I could not have been happier for her and her husband. I’ve known Jacqueline for almost 6 years now, and Luca is her little mini me, or baby bird, as she lovingly refers to him. It’s just adorable!
Being the mom, Jacqueline knows her son better than anyone else, and she knew that a studio type setup would not work for her rambunctious little (almost) 2 year old! We decided that their living room would be best because it is a big open space with lots of room to move around and play! I will admit, this little guy made me work for my shots, but the one’s I got I think are so precious! One of my favorite parts about this job is delivering the final gallery and hearing how happy and excited my clients are with their final images, and Jacqueline was no different. Her exact words to me were “You got way more good ones than I thought you would be able to get with how he was acting. I love them.” Like I said, he made me work for it! I’m so happy that I was able to deliver images that Jacqueline loves and I can’t wait until the next time I’m able to get him in front of my camera!
